It includes detailed analysis of all accessible parts of the building with specific advice on defects and repairs.

Most building surveys can be arranged within 48 hours of instruction. The on-site inspection typically takes 2-4 hours depending on the property size and complexity. We aim to deliver comprehensive written reports within 5-7 working days of the survey, though urgent reports can often be provided within 2-3 days for an additional fee.

You'll need party wall agreements if your work involves building on or near the boundary, excavating within certain distances of neighboring properties, or affecting shared walls or structures. This includes most extensions, loft conversions, basement excavations, and boundary walls.
